Reservation made for prime time on a weekday. Seated immediately. Very attentive service. Food selections were great as were daily specials. Went with 24oz ribeye and shared so we could each have dessert. Cooked as requested. Overall great experience.

The gambling cowboy was the best I had the cowboy signature juicy yet tender piece of steak well seasoned potatoes vegetables it was great everyone else enjoyed their meal I will be back
