Wendy's - Tampa

Worst staff. Do not have any frosty, so they simply give you any random drink they feel and remove items from your order instead of saying and asking if you want to replace something else. I'll contact the manager and the company!

The food was as good as usual. The people who ran the ride thru were kind, professional. Exactly. A good experience

Fries taste terrible. Where's the salt? I also asked to provide a straw. No one was provided. Can I drink the lemonade with my eyes? Mo salt or ketchup provided. I had to keep checking if the chicken sandwich meat was boiled.

Went through the ride thru 01/11/21 at 5:30 and I was greeted with hanging. I ordered a double hamburger with ketchup and onion only and a chili when I came home, I received a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and onion on a hard bungalow and meat was cold. Chili looks good, didn't eat yet. I would make a survey, but there was no reception. More training and keep a better eye on Burger Frische, probably sitting there since lunchtime

It's kind of strange to give a 1 star review to a Wendy's (usually they have good service and good food), but this particular one is the exception. I had to wait like 5 minutes (or more) to place my order through the drive-thru (and NOBODY ELSE was ahead of me). After I order I had to wait like 10 minutes in the window looking at them socialize in there... the guy on the car behind me had to wait to order (like me) for no reason. The meat on my burger was burned, they didn't provide a straw, and only provided one napkin. Not coming back to this particular Wendy's.
