Steak 'N Shake - Tampa

The service has improved a great deal in the past two years. I only go once a year at the end of the school term for a completion celebration. The waitress was pleasant and on point with refills and getting orders together for a group of 14. .Bravo to waitress, I do apologize I do not remember your name but your child goes to Potter Elementary School.

This was a decent location. You order on the tablet for dine it. Ordered the double combo with the garlic bread. Food was as expected. There was a bit of wait but you can expect that, as they are cooking the burger on the grill. Could of got something additional, but didnt want the sensation of being overly full.

They were out of pickles,pickles that they generally use were were what made the hamburger so tasty. Also they used diced up onions that made the burger taste different. Sort of cheapened the quality of the steak and shake hamburger quality. Just as soon went to McDonald's it would have been cheaper and Ben just as good

Food was decent. Restaurant fairly clean. I just wanted to pick up food. I ordered online and didnt notice it was through postmates. My fault but cost me quite a bit more. Next time I will just order to go and wait
