Shamrocks Ale House - Tampa

This is definitely the best food I've found in Temple Terrace. As a pregnant woman, I crave it constantly and eat there four times a week! Every dish, from their wraps to their salads, is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend really enjoys their burgers and wings too. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I truly can't recommend this restaurant enough!

The restaurant had a small crowd on a Friday night, mostly made up of locals. As someone new to the area, I found everyone to be incredibly welcoming. The bartender provided excellent service, and the owner was present, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food looked delicious, though I didn't sample it myself. There was a nice variety of drinks on tap, and a unique dive bar area where you could order through a pass-through window, play pool, and smoke outside. The atmosphere was cozy, reminiscent of a bar at a chain restaurant, but the staff appeared genuinely happy to be there. The TVs were impressive, and the food didn’t look like it had been reheated in a microwave.

It's always a pleasant surprise when the owner visits your table to ensure everything is to your liking. We've been dining at Shamrock's since it opened, as it's conveniently located just across the street from our neighborhood. Everyone should enjoy the special St. Patrick's Day meal at least once, featuring generous portions of corned beef and potatoes, along with refreshing pitchers of green beer. The menu is extensive, and so far, we haven't had a single disappointing meal. The burgers are excellent, and the wings are equally delicious. My personal favorite is the country steak.

Your waiter was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The only reason I didn't give a four-star rating is that the KJ on Saturday needs to learn how to set up the next singer while the current singer is still performing, rather than waiting until 90% of their song is over. Overall, though, I will definitely return.

I'm from Orlando, and I just stopped by this restaurant. Jamie is hands down the best waitress I've ever encountered. The food was delicious and served quickly, and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. If you visit, make sure to ask for her!
