Hibachi Japanese Express - Tampa

I had never been to this restaurant before, and the only Japanese steakhouse I had visited was one that I really enjoyed. When I discovered that Hibachi Express was right around the corner, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and hot everything was, and the flavors were exactly what I had hoped for. The Cream Rangoons were particularly delicious – very delicate and creamy. The dipping sauce was far superior to the red sauce that you typically receive at Chinese restaurants (no offense, I still love those too). Overall, I found Hibachi Express to be on point and highly recommend it.

We have ordered from this restaurant many times and have always been pleased with the food. The rice that comes with the hibachi is a bit bland, but a little yum yum sauce can easily fix that.

The hibachi entree and steak side were fantastic. They were packaged neatly, with the steak on the side and the entree in a divided container. The flavors were delicious and fresh, and I especially enjoyed the addition of zucchini with the vegetables.
