Restaurant bewertenOrdered steak hibachi steak was chewy so I asked to have it remade Ethan laughed blatantly told me NO even with the plate. I asked to speak with a manager was given the runaround. The mishap is understandable but the rude customer service is not!
Okay. So dude lastnnight working register (dark hair and glasses) i gave him an extra 20 bill and i wwnt outside to wait for the grub a dub... upon returning. Homie returned the extra 20 that i gave him. Super trustworthy and honest. Give him a raise.. very difficult finding people like that in this town.
Horrible customer service. The cashier let two people cut in front of me. There was a group that had to order individually. I was after the first person then the next two showed up and went right in front of me. Why there isn't a separate line for pick up orders baffles me. It's this younger generation thinking they don't have to respect others around them.
Tasteless food, almost inedible without the sauces they provide in bulk.
After already waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time, I watched the cook pick up noodles with her bare hands and put the noodles on my plate… everyone else in the kitchen had gloves on. Grossed out was an understatement. Manager slightly laughed in the back but was super nice when she issued my refund. W Tennessee Roboto…. Never again.
