Chick-fil-a - Tallahassee

We went the lunch break so it was busy as you would expect from any restaurant. Nevertheless, they had good service; typical of Chick-fil-A. They forget an element of our child's meal, but they were happy to deliver it when informed.

Great place for freshly cooked chicken. Lines an be a bit long but they are pretty quick on getting you your order. Very consistant on quality and being nice!

The food was extremely cold while it meant to be warm. I was shocked with the way that chic-fil-a handled it. I never had a bad experience with them in my entire life in California. They have always been the best when it comes to customer service, speedand attitude in general. But this place didn?t do the same thing. They changed our order after we complained but the second onewas even colder than the first one! ???? When we complained again, the manager basically said it is what it is. Okkkkk Now, Ican?t say chick-fil-A is the best anymore. You ruined it for me.

The service for me is normally prompt and accurate. The quality is what you know and love from Chick-fil-A, but the drive thru often leaves cars backed up into Capital Circle, which I don?t love. The drive thru back up also makes it difficult to get to aparking spot if you want to eat in based on the way their parking spots face at an angle that forces you to go in through thesame line as drive thru effectively. Get a turn lane put in or redo the drive thru somehow and it?s 5 stars from me

Great location, but not enough space for the passage. the cars actually have to go down the road while they wait in the line. looks like a bad design when they ask me. instead of going through I went in and only three people or something inside. during this visit I got the first breakfast chicken biscuit. it was so wonderful I even forgot to make a photo of it before I ate it. if they are in a hurry, I would recommend parking in the texas roadhouse parking opposite Chick-fil-A. they drive to Chick-fil-A and order them from inside. much faster than waiting on the long journey through the line. the load is super clean and it has a beautiful children's play area that seems to be closed at the moment probably due to covid.
