Restaurant bewertenI've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until tonight. One of the employees was on his phone, which I've never witnessed at CFA before. My fries weren't salted (I'm not sure how that happened), all the food was cold, and they got part of our order wrong. The usual level of service from CFA was just not there.
The service for me is normally prompt and accurate. The quality is what you know and love from Chick-fil-A, but the drive thru often leaves cars backed up into Capital Circle, which I don?t love. The drive thru back up also makes it difficult to get to aparking spot if you want to eat in based on the way their parking spots face at an angle that forces you to go in through thesame line as drive thru effectively. Get a turn lane put in or redo the drive thru somehow and it?s 5 stars from me
I've generally had good experiences with this restaurant, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The service was still great, but the food wasn't fresh at all. My 12-piece nugget meal was not up to standard, and my son's entire meal suffered the same fate. The fries were cold, and his sandwich wasn't warm either. It's hard to understand why this happened, especially since the place was busy. They definitely need to improve!
I had an eggnog milkshake, and my family really enjoyed it. One shake was sufficient to serve the whole family. It was topped with nutmeg, which didn't really enhance the flavor, but since they are a national chain, I suppose they have set recipes for their shakes. Overall, it was quite delicious!
The food was extremely cold while it meant to be warm. I was shocked with the way that chic-fil-a handled it. I never had a bad experience with them in my entire life in California. They have always been the best when it comes to customer service, speedand attitude in general. But this place didn?t do the same thing. They changed our order after we complained but the second onewas even colder than the first one! ???? When we complained again, the manager basically said it is what it is. Okkkkk Now, Ican?t say chick-fil-A is the best anymore. You ruined it for me.
