S&R New York Style Pizza - Taguig

Surprise to find that S&R finally got it's own Fast Food joint outside it's own grocery store and you don't need to be an S&R Member.. ???????????? The burger is quite ok.. But the pizza has always been amazing.. I like the unlimited pickle relish..

It's my 2nd S&R pizza in a week. I can't help but compare the two where I found the other one serving more tasty than this branch.Meaning, the are not consistent with their product. I remember I tasted their pizza first in Tagaytay and was totally disappointed with the quality of the dough. In fairness, theirs was not that bad but just "ok".I always love their garlic and shrimp pizza.They have different condiments to choose from.

In the past, for me to get to eat S&R foods, I have to go to S&R supermarket located in Bonifacio Global City. It was such a welcome change when they decided to open up restaurants making their foods more readily accessible. One of their branches can now be found at the food court of Venice Grand Canal Mall located in McKInley Hill, Taguig City. The foods in S&R are really good and affordable. They also offer combo meals (main dish plus 16 oz. drinks) which ranges from just P99 to P129. Very affordable indeed considering the size of each serving.My favorites in S&R are the clam chowder which is very rich and savory, the garlic and shrimp pizza which is so yummy, and the southern style friend chicken which is really flavorful. Other must-try's are the churros, chicken Caesar's salad, calzone, etc.If there's anything that needs improvement, that would be their service. We dined at almost lunchtime and was surprised that the fried chicken was still being cooked. It took about 10 minutes before the fried chicken was served. This was considering that there were just a few diners at that time. The manager must plan the preparation of the foods better so that diners do not have to wait for a long time especially during peak hours.

First time here, our membership expires and we are missing the pizza so I was researching in the internet and Boom! there is a restaurant only. Service is ok though we waited for 7 minutes for a fresh pizza which is just ok for us.

The pan pizza at this restaurant is both filling and delicious, with generous toppings of cheese and cold cuts. It pairs perfectly with a large soda.
