Restaurant bewertenAesthetically, the restaurant might give off a slightly dubious vibe, especially given the type of food they prepare, which tends to be quite greasy and aromatic. However, if you can overlook those aspects and focus on the food, you’re bound to love this place!
The noodle soup topped with roast/bbq pork is outstanding, featuring a delightful selection of toppings that make it fun to taste as you enjoy your meal. The broth is pleasantly light, and adding a spoonful of fresh chili oil gives it a nice kick. The roast pork has an amazing texture. Overall, this soup is incredibly flavorful and quite unique for the Seattle-Tacoma area, especially when compared to the common beef pho.
My only complaint is that I always pay by card and there’s no option to tip. Every few visits, I find myself having to leave a $20 bill to make up for previous visits.
I love the duck here. It is excellent and not phat like other ducks. Flavoring is on the sweeter side. Always a fan.
It’s a small family on, but they have the best food in town and they make it with lots of love
