Little Caesars Pizza - Tacoma

Before ordering pizza at 2:13 to pick up at 3 p.m. I have them at 5 and without orders. Didn't even begin to do it until I asked. Now 5:20. I asked what?s the point of pre-order to pick up at a certain time, and all they did was torn their shoulders and said I know the man!

Ordered 45 minutes ago. still waiting for a pizza that they just put in oven.

I honestly feel bad for the employees here and I would love to suggest that whoever owns this franchise should move to a different location or just shut it down. There are hardly enough employees who work here and due to that they are getting robbed when employees are fulfilling/getting orders or cashing customers out. There are nothing but thieves who sits in their vehicle or waits outside the door to wait for an opportunity to rob the business for drinks or anything they could get their hands on. Seeing all of this with my own eyes made me feel so unsafe and I I just felt bad for the employee because of the scary scenarios that happens there and they?re all alone. Something needs to be done.

By far the worst location in Tacoma, maybe the Puget Sound. Whoever owns this franchise does not care as long as the money keeps coming in. No effort to hire someone to run the store in a professional manner. You can tell this is all management and owners because the other locations also have teenagers working but I?ve never had problems like I?ve had here. Just go with a different chain, maybe once the profits are low enough they?ll care to hire some good management.

Friday, April 22. Called to order a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The girl who took my order told me 20-25 minutes. I thought, Great! By the time I get to the drive through, it will be ready . NOPE. Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. The girl at the window said it wasn 't ready and to come back in 10 minutes. Seriously??!! I parked and waited 10 minutes and went inside. Another 10 minutes waiting at the counter, watching the workers aimlessly preparing orders and yelling out profanity. If you hate your job that much, why are you even there??? This place is gross. The pizza was gross. A $15.00 pizza that had been in the warmer the whole time...just yuck.
