Dark Horse Tavern - Syracuse

This is a great restaurant. If you are looking for 50 dinner elements, then go to the street to your local chain restaurant. The DH menu can be a little limited, but the food is excellent. Great service. It is in our top 3 restaurants in Syracuse

The lady and I had our monthly date on this beautiful tavern. 10/10 everywhere. Immediately the family told about this place. This is processed because I realized on passing through the reviews that they have my order wrong. The food was so good that I didn't even notice. Congratulations.

Whenever I see chicken riggies on a menu, I usually order it. The Dark Horse version of this regional dish is excellent, one of the best I ever had and better than many top rated Italian restaurants in Syracuse, Rome and Utica. When we arrived at 17:15 with another couple, we sat right away. In this respect, we were lucky to come early because they do not take reservations. Within half an hour of our arrival, the dining room and the bar and the sound level reached a point where it was almost impossible for us to turn around with our friends. The restaurant really needs some soundproofing tiles on the ceiling. The service was efficient and friendly, although the servers seemed to be allocated too many tables. So, 5 stars for food and service, and 2.5 stars for the ambience.

Fantastic food and truly exceptional service makes Dark Horse stand out as a winner. The Caesar salad topped with salmon was delicious. The pub grub was awesome—so says my colleague. A great selection of beers both bottled and on tap. Win. Win. Win.
