Restaurant bewertenI love their Carmel iced coffee, and service, for the most part, is always good , and everyone is super kind.
Ordered 2 coffee’s and they were bitter and strong. 1 of them had grounds in the bottom. Manager said we do our coffees like they are trained to. Would not even offer to replace the coffee.
I used to go here every morning before work for coffee and breakfast. Today I asked for chipotle sauce on my sandwich and I was told that they didn 't have it. After pressing the manager, she said they may have had it before but it was only for a limited time. If that 's the case, she should have led with that. I was given my food and I got to my car and went to take a bite of my sandwich and realized it was an English muffin and not a biscuit like I ordered. I was going to just deal with the error and eat it anyways, but the muffin was not toasted at all. I went back into the store and told the manager about the error, and she remade the sandwiches. After handing them to me, she made a remark saying this was the 3rd time I 've done this recently (it wasnt) and that I needed to cool it , basically implying I 'm a liar and a thief. If they have had to remake my food before, it 's because they messed it up, not because I 'm trying to scam Tim Hortons out of $6. Never going here again.
THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE i wanted to figure out how to use my points and the manager was so helpful… they be very busy and the staff still stays very nice
Once again, they have served me the wrong order. I ordered a steeped tea and they served me coffee. I am sure there is another pissed customer this morning who does not drink tea and got coffee? I had 6 separate incidences in past 2 months at this location means 6 other people did not get what they ordered. I don't want employees to get in trouble but at what point Tim's will hire more people and train them well? There were only 2 people were running around Cost savings is hurting the reputation. I will call them and they will offer me free tea but I am interested in knowing what they are doing to fix it more than a free tea or return my money/
