Tgi Fridays - Sylvania Twp

We were missing an entire meal, a side, the food was cold and soggy.

My chicken sandwich was overcooked and our burger was not seasoned at all and super greasy. And we ordered and a drink and it was so strong that after only two sips it was making us lightheaded. Please do not come here.

As soon as we walked in the WORKERS stared us down, and turned away. Service was not available. When we asked why we were looked at this way the server said “we just wanted to see which server would be serving your party. Mind you there was basically no one in the restaurant!!! Horrible service. Didn’t deserve our hard earned money. Do not recommend.!! Smh. We were definitely PROFILED! And she was nasty and disrespectful.

The food was terrible, along with the service! Waitress didn't tell us they were out of Jasmine rice, and brought out a double order of white rice! The chicken was very tough to chew, even after they brought us a second order! It just wasn't good! We will not return to this so called fine restaurant! Not recommend this to anyone! High price low quality food!

There was hardly anyone there at lunch time. No one was paying attention to seat us. We were just getting ready to leave when someone noticed. The fries were not fresh. Used to love their food but was not impressed.
