I was charged for an espresso that wasn’t actually included in my order. When I went back to inquire, they told me they didn't even have espresso to begin with. It felt like they were just charging for something unnecessary. The staff was also somewhat rude about the situation.

I ordered a double Quarter Pounder with no cheese twice in a row, and both times they left off the bacon as well. If this continues, I’m going to have to find a new place to order from.
