Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Sylacauga

Great customer service from the counter, but the owner is stingy and rude! I sent my A1 burger back because it had no bacon or onion ring, then he yelled it had bacon and I was wrong. I had to squint to see the 1 square inch of thin floppy bacon ? The onion ring they added was even smaller ? and the owner was annoyed I even brought the order back.

The food was great. Husband had 4 piece chicken snack. I had a cheese burger with everything and fries.

Don't eat there I just found hair in my icecream/ brownie and she was talking about I put it there now why would I do that if i ordered it nd it was 7 dollars then she wanna say she can't give me a refund or give me food back but little did she know I didn't want anything back I just wanted my money back

Blizzards were delicious and the girl at the window was really nice and friendly.She even apologized for the rude woman who cut in front of our car to complain about melted icecream.Will be coming back for more ?

Not sure who the new owners are but the improvements that they have made with the staff is out of this world. Great food and great service finally.
