Taco Bell - Sykesville

My dinner place once a week, every week!! You always have to check the right sauce by opening the bag on passing through before you take it off. This is something that is often filled.

Great fast food, very friendly service and great price of value meal. Can't go wrong. Edit: Today on 16. June stopped and still great service and the same young man waited for me a year after my last visit.

Pretty sure they use outdated products. Chalupas are dark brown and hard. Soft tacos shells are hard. The beef is gritty and the chicken is dry. Don't even talk about portion control between ingredients. Taco Bell is just my favorite fast food joint but I deliberately skip these. Smh. I just gave two stars because the staff is quite ingenious. Always friendly. The orders are usually right, which is even more important w/ COVID.

I just came home because I refused to serve the Tacoglocke. I recently downloaded their app, added a credit card because I see the advertisement that you will receive a free Chalupa box for registration and ordering by the app. Well, I did that, and when I came there, the very rude young lady who worked the register said that she had not received the online order. Okay, that can happen sometimes, so I showed her my phone where it shows my order and that it was received and ready for picking up. She said I couldn't get the food unless I requested a refund and reordered the app. I explained it was a free gift order, but several times she said that I need to request a refund or she cannot make the food. I asked how to request a refund, she said call company. Am I really standing there at this moment and call corporate customer service to try reimbursed $0, and then reorder through an app that clearly does not work for the first time? No. She shrunk her shoulders all the time and said they won't make food. This kind of thing happened to other fast food sites, and they are usually apologetic and look at my order and give me what I ordered. Not this time. She refuses to even help. Question is...where are you even qualified to work when you are fired from the Tacoglocke? What, let's go is inevitable with their attitude.

I meet friends in this beautiful place several times a year! This is the best place to have a bite. I routinely visit this point. The food is of high quality, the workers are polite and the prices are fair. I enjoy going over a delicious lunch at this point.
