Restaurant bewertenI have an email that my online order was ready, but it wasn't there and I had to go to the counter anyway. Apart from that they were really helpful to answer my questions about ingredients, so I can stay with my vegan diet. You have many good options.
Friendly staff, quick service. The food was good as expected. Love found that in Panera, like most places, service and quality depends on management. This place seems to make it right.
I never thought I was writing a bad review for Panera, but people in the register were so rude lately. My husband went to Panera after our orders lasted too long, even on slow days, but I love the food and would still go to this place. Not anymore. The employee in the register (the name on the entrance was Amanda) was incredibly rude. We waited in front when they and two young men ignored us to conduct a personal conversation. She continued this conversation through our order, disregarded our order because of her conversation, casually leaned her leg on the counter and gave us appearance as if we were absolutely ruined her day when she talked about not wanting to be there. I can handle scary tables and long waiting times as long as people are friendly. I don't have to feel bad, just order for lunch.
Cashiers are more and more helpful. The people who make the food have no idea what? Treat special instructions if it is not allergy. Stingy on toppings.
This is a different type of review. You see I was there yesterday and almost chocked to death on a hard piece of bread. Thanks to my dear friend, management, a cashier and a patron I am OK. Everyone was quick to respond and the patron gave me the heimlich move and probably saved my life. I am grateful to all and thank you from the depths of my heart. And yes I highly reccomend this Panera restaurant.
