The Dutch Shop - Sydney

I have a deep appreciation for my Dutch roots, but unfortunately, I can't always afford to travel back to my homeland. When I start to feel homesick, I head to Smithfield. I've never had a bad experience there, I just love it. It's the only place where I can find kilos of my favorite Dubble Zout drop.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The moment I walk through the door, I feel like I am in Holland. The cafe at the back is my favorite spot, they serve delicious coffee and always have something tasty to eat.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The lady who served the meals was very friendly, and the prices were fair. I had the apple pie with cream, and it was delicious!

A family favourite from way back, now I take my own kids. We don't live nearby but always go out just before Christmas to shop for European favourites and have a lunch of broodtje krokets and poffertjes!

Excellent range of food products and Delftware at very reasonable prices. My family have shopped here many times over the last 25 years, but yesterday was my first visit since the mid 90s when I was a child. I was delighted to see that the cafe was still the quaint one I remembered
