Restaurant bewertenMy experience at the drive-thru was quite frustrating. It took 32 minutes for us to place our order and receive our food. We ordered three three-piece tender meals along with two extra gravies. When we reached the window, we were told to pull forward because they were preparing fresh gravy. Meanwhile, four cars that had arrived after us were served their meals. My wife eventually went inside and was handed a container of gravy; I can't help but think we would have been waiting there much longer if she hadn't stepped in. It's a good thing we ordered extra gravy, as the gravy that came with our meals only filled a third of the container. On top of that, the food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
I visited this restaurant while traveling and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent—Jennifer looked after us and kept the lobby tidy. The food was tasty, and the entire establishment, including the restrooms, was very clean.
I just had a meal at this restaurant, and it was bustling with activity. One employee was managing the front and coordinating a few others who were delivering orders. She seemed to be in control of everything. Unfortunately, my order was messed up three times, but she was incredibly apologetic and proactive about fixing it. Rather than getting upset with the kitchen staff, she discreetly communicated with them to correct my order, all while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. I've seen many employees lose their composure under pressure, blaming others or getting angry, but she handled everything with professionalism and grace. I didn’t catch her name, but my receipt said Linden C., and I noticed she wore glasses. Linden, you were fantastic! Just take a deep breath and handle things one step at a time! The food was fresh and delicious!
Nope, took 20 minutes in the drive through. When I asked what the hold up was, the cashier said he didn?t know. I get to my hotel and find my ?large? fries was about 3/4 filled. Total for 1 meal was $14.33 and then they forgot the cheese, but didn?tforget to charge me for it. Had to go back up there after already being in my hotel room.
Terrible lunch. I waited 20 minutes at the outside lane drive thru for a Whataburger meal, making me late for an oil change appointment. Their signature burger takes 20 minutes? Fries are stone cold, no napkins in the bag and I didn't get the ketchupI wanted. Not good for a 20 minute wait. Won't stop at Sweetwater location again.
