We were there on a bad day for this Subway....new help, and someone didn't show up for work, I think. It was extremely busy with drive up, inside, and phone orders. There were four of us, and our order kept getting interrupted. Our toasted sweet onion teriyaki was not very good after sitting for so long waiting to be finished. I'll give them one more chance when I'm in Sweet Home again. The fact they were so busy tells me that they are usually a good place to eat.Parking: Generous parking lot. Street parking also.Wheelchair accessibility: Only one handicapped spot, dip in the sidewalk for wheelchair access
Made my food perfectly and was very patient while I figured out like 6 sandwhiches
I used to be able to deal with the little mistakes. There is always a little mistake. Not anymore. First of all, when I go through the drive through, I don 't expect to be told to come in and get it. Regardless of the REASON, I am a paying and loyal customer. Not anymore. There is a reason I came to the drive through. I 've been sick for a month! Your best way to handle that would have been, let me have someone bring it out to you curbside . After all, you had an employee sitting playing on his phone, someone was able to have me sign the receipt when I came in. There was one customer in line. I also saw someone in the back. I managed a Subway for 6 years! There is no reason for the way I was treated today. I will go to Safeway when I want a sandwich from now on. OH!! I asked for extra lettuce in my salad... what happened?? It was a salad for a child who doesn 't want anything but pickles. Really? You have me less than a handful!!! I 'll just call corporate. You fail.
The sub sandwich was great. It kind of took awhile for us to get our sandwich but, thats my fault for going through the drive thru..?
