Restaurant bewertenNice cafe and definitely worth dropping into it if you are visiting the reservoir. Good varied menu and reasonably priced too
Stopped off a couple of times at the beautiful Lliw Reservoir and decided to get a bite in the on site cafe. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good hole sum home cooked food. I went for a South Wales favourite, faggots and peas. It's got to be said it was the best I've ever had!!!!! We were visiting several places over the weekend and were passing by the following morning so stopped in again for breakfast. Proper full breakfast with local bacon and fresh eggs. Highly recommended. If you are visiting the reservoir and facilities, definitely pop into the cafe for something to eat, you won't be disappointed!
Took a nice drive up to the reservoirs with a disabled friend. She can't walk far so I felt it's a lovely location and we would be able to get a cup of tea. She has a tiny dog who hates being left so I hoped we could take him into the cafe. Sadly no dogs except guide dogs. The little fellow had to stay in the car but I felt it was a shame as many people walk with their dogs in the area. Something to think about maybe? The menu is basic but adequate with good prices. There's also a sweet little gift shop attached with some interesting items. There are toilets and an outside play area plus things for children to do inside. Well worth a family visit.
Great selection of food including daily specials. Best cafe lunch for a while. Super fast and friendly service.
Walked around the lower reservoir last Saturday with my daughter and our dogs was a warm day so called into the cafe for a can of pop. How much...£3.60 for two cans of coke this is day light robbery. It's a nice cafe but Christ it's not in London.Wise up you might get more customers if you price things fair.
