Restaurant bewertenIf I could rate this place -1 star I would like to talk to people about how customers are the problem and how we are rude, I called this place 4 times before I could get a answer they could just answer then hang up and once I finally get a answer and the guy on the phone was rude, he replied the phone as I beat him bro what? they want to work at mcdonald?
Drive thru wait was inexplicably long for few cars. Quarter Pounder was room temperature French fries were old. Not a pleasant experience. I will not return.
Ordered one large soda through drive through which took 15 min before I could even order. Line, both , where not moving at all and no orders where being taking either. Like they didn't have time for the customers needs. Once ordered I waited another 17 min, no it was not packed! As I finally got to first window I could see two people talking to each other, one that was working window didn't even have headset on and back turned to window. They where laughing and having a good time amongst gems elves ignoring the customers to fulfill their need to socialize to each other. There was no one inside ordering and the whole time I had a total of 5 other vehicles in front of me! No one had a large order from what I could see. Worst service ever at an McDonalds I have ever been to!? These people don't have time for a job , to much to talk about, REPLACE THEM WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NEED A JOB AND REALIZE SOCIALIZING IS FOR BREAK TIME OR AFTER YOUR SHIFT IS OVER! Highly recoment AGAINST this McDonalds in of all on Illinois just past but in front of rural king!! Avoid!! Better service at the next place .
The service was ok, given they were short-staffed. The food was cold and old. I try not to gripe too much because of the times we are living in, and I know they are doing their best.
PLEASE!!! Do not go here the employees are so rude and the manager says nothing. I went through the drive thru and the girl was adding things to my order that I didn't ask for. When I corrected her she began to yell and tell me to stop yelling at her and wouldn't take my order. I proceeded to tell her you are the one yelling and then she deleted my order and didn't respond. I went in and the manager was just as rude, I explained the situation to him and he did nothing. How is that you are an employee and screaming because, you can't hear or understand what I want or you just don't care. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DRIVE THE DISTANCE!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.
