Restaurant bewertenWhat kind of sadistic person puts 3 sauces in for a 20 piece...? 7, 7, 6? 4, great. 5, even better. 3, work of satan.
Always treated well. Listen to what I need and see that the order is accurate. Service is provided with a good attitude.
I pulled up to the window to pay and was told the system was down and that they “couldn’t do anything” while they waited for their system to reboot. I asked if I could pay CASH and get my double cheese burger that was literally sitting there bagged up and ready to go. The crew member got the manager and the manager said “nope we can’t do anything but wait”. I’ve managed both retail stores and restaurants for a long time. I KNOW that there are keys that will open the cash drawer to give someone change… I also KNOW that after FIFTEEN MINUTES of waiting at the window looking at the bag with my food, that the cheeseburger wouldn’t even be good anymore. I drove away- hungry. Im sure the employees had to throw away the food I was so willing to pay for. But even if they couldn’t take my cash, why not just give me the food? If they’re going to throw it away? Isn’t it better to make the customer happy than to lose a customer forever?!
When someone orders hotcakes, they should automatically receive syrup as a condiment. Don't be stingy. Be professional. You're getting paid. *Updated* Paula not sure whats going on with your expediters but the blonde curly head guy needs more training. I simply asked for a piece of cheese for my sandwich and he had them cook the whole sandwich including the meat, to order. I had asked him prior for my drinks because I was thirsty and his mind went somewhere else apparently.
Probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Extremely rude employees and laughably bad food. Could have got over the food being terrible, but employees were extremely rude. Was greeted at the drive through with “what do you want?”
