Restaurant bewertenThe service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Firstly, the sign either does not work or is turned off, making it unclear if the restaurant is even open for business. Although the dining room appeared to be open, there was a large “Closed” sign on the entrance door. Upon entering, we noticed water on the kitchen floor and two male workers who briefly spoke to us before disappearing into the back. A man at the fry station glanced at us before resuming his work. Another employee who appeared to be on break briefly interacted with his coworkers before going back outside. Despite our wait, there was no service or acknowledgment of our presence. As we left, we noticed a female employee still chatting with someone in a car nearby, completely ignoring us. She didn’t even greet us, despite wearing an Arby’s uniform.
I have been a fan of the roasted beef at this restaurant for the last few visits, but unfortunately, on this occasion, my order was not properly taken care of. We ended up leaving shortly after 9:45.
The beef cheddar I got today was so nasty. The roast beef was very tough and just looked sloppy. I threw it out and just ate the fries. For $9 this is just unacceptable. Surely the employees make at least $10/hr and arbys is never wrapped around like chickfila. Soooo what gives? It should be cooked to order. Lesson learned the hard way. I just need to stick to the grocery store this year.
I never used to have issues with this location but my last few visits have definitely been lacking. Twice now I have gotten home and half of my order was missing. I might understand if they were busy but I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. Soooo disappointed
Absolute worst service person in the world working the drive through. But food was hot with fresh fries lines were a little slow but aside from the drive through girl a good fast food joint to eat at
