0 stars. Quite irritating that just to meet drive thru efficiency, customers are told to wait in the parking lot for upto 10 minutes, and that too with unwarranted attitude. This is the third time I’ve experienced this and I won’t be returning to witness more bafoonery. If I wanted slower service, then why would I use the drive thru? Make it make sense. Increase your productivity rather than inconveniencing the people paying your business.
We order ice cap and ice coffee around 6 pm today and both the orders were messed up ice coffee did not have any ice in it. Upon asking the server to add ice he rolled his head and showed a really bad attitude.I go to this location often and got a good service but his attitude and gesture were not pleasant
I visit this branch drive-thru almost everyday. The staff is friendly. Once they gave me jalapeno bagel instead of plain. I checked when I was already far away to return back, called the store just to update them and the manager offered me a replacement to collect any time I visit again. Another time they gave me wrong order of all the 5 coffees that I ordered. They replaced that too.
I wish if I could give them0 stars. This location is closet to me. I always get nothing but disappointment. They burn bagel every single time. I order small black coffee in medium cup and I opened it and it has 2 creams and tons of sugar in it. How hard it can be to make a black coffee? I dont mind waiting.. atleast get me my order right.
