Restaurant bewertenWe decided last minute to go to Dell Lanes for a family outing. This wasn't our first time there. We usually go when we find a good deal, and this time we had a coupon for up to six people, two hours of bowling, a three-topping large pizza, and shoe rental included. It was early Saturday evening, and the restaurant wasn't as busy as it gets later in the night. We ordered some wings, skins, and a few other items from their food menu, which was amazing and very reasonably priced. The total bill, including bowling, came to $70 for a family of four, which I thought was a good deal. The only concern I had was that we were assigned to lane #3, which was furthest from the main desk. Another group of young adults were in the lane next to ours, and some of them were vaping with E-cigarettes. Maybe the management needs to patrol that area more frequently as it is out of their vision. Although I was tempted to say something to them, we were almost done and it seemed pointless to ask them to use common sense, especially since we had our kids with us. There is no point in trying to reason with an arrogant person.
It had been years since I last played 5 pin bowling, so when my friends suggested it, I was excited to join in, even though it meant driving to the Whalley area of Surrey. We had enough people to make two teams of 4, so we took up a double lane. Despite the smaller and lighter 5 pin balls compared to the 16 pound 10 pin balls, we all had a great time. We also enjoyed some delicious pizzas during our visit.
We had a party at the restaurant tonight and had a great time bowling, with shoe rental costing only $2.00. The pizza we ordered was delicious, especially the all meat and house pizzas. Both were $16 each, and with two pizzas, we were able to feed our group of 17 people with at least one slice each. Although outside drinks and chips are not allowed, they allowed me to bring in cakes for my son's birthday, which was very generous of them.
A nice spot for their drinks, cheese and meat platter and ambience. Certainly one of the most aesthetically pleasing bars I've been to around town, though
This restaurant is too loud for me, but food is decentCame here for dinner on a Saturday because I wanted to try their salmon.
