Delicious and amazing as usual. Been coming to this location since I was a child and I am always very pleased with my meal and service ??

Good service. More expensive than other breakfast place, but higher quality than Denny’s and IHOP. Good food, but not for everyday.

A very enjoyable experience. We arrived early, before the rush, and were greeted with a friendly welcome. We both got the chicken avocado omelette with hash browns and fruit; it was well presented on the plate, and we were both happy with how tasty and filling it was. What really made the morning, though, was our server I think her name was Annika. She was very friendly and funny, a delight to meet her. We really enjoyed her company when she came by the table. All the staff were good the server who welcomed us at the door, the fellow who came by to offer us coffee once the rush began. Overall a very good experience.

Always amazing food suuuuper friendly service! One of our favourite places to go

We felt the food is highly overpriced. $18 for a thin plate-sized pancake. Canned fruit in a tiny plastic container. Whipped cream $1.25 extra.We won 't be going back there. Compared to the IHOP this is a real ripoff.I always give cash for a tip. The woman server commented, Wasn 't I going to add the tip onto the bill? NO, and she didn 't deserve a tip but she got one.This was the Cloverdale one.
