I didn't catch his name, but the man behind the counter who served me this morning was very pleasant to talk to. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan on returning!

The restaurant is clean and has a friendly staff. The bathrooms are also well-maintained. I will definitely be coming back!

I received great service from Michael, who recommended the delicious gravy on the poutine. He was right, it exceeded my expectations. A&W in Canada is superior to the ones in the states. The restaurant offers excellent service, biodegradable straws, and reusable dishes. Plus, it is open 24/7. Whenever I am in Surrey, I make sure to visit this place.

I have been a regular at this restaurant since it first opened. In the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, they were very diligent with cleaning and safety precautions. However, I have noticed that they have become more relaxed and the place is consistently dirty whenever I visit. My most recent visit a few days ago will also be my last, as proper cleaning protocols are no longer being followed and I do not feel safe eating there anymore.
