Restaurant bewertenGreat food, service. short waiting time. I got the one we wanted, and a great lady who serves us. the food was very delicious.
Food was not very impressive. We ordered the fried green beans as an appetizer and it had probably 18 tiny green beans. My fish and chips were not very good. The fish was super greasy and dry. The server was very nice but couldn’t make up for the food.
Tried a new dish to me, was outstanding salmon bowl yum yum
Our server was attentive and friendly. One of our served beverages had a large fly in the glass with ice. The food was acceptable, but appeared rushed as it was plated. Not up to the standards of other Red Lobster locations.
I had never tried Red Lobster and was excited to go with my fiancé. From both of us being previous servers, we know what customer service means and can analyze our experiences. Our server was just lacking any customer service or empathy in regard to any mistakes such as taking 20 minutes to tell us the keg is out. By 30 minutes we didn’t receive our appetizer either, she had told us she forgot to ring it in. The food was hot which was fine but she never asked us once for refills on alcohol or even water. We overheard other customers complaining about her and realized if we had a different server, we would have had a better experience. This was all on 6/24 a Friday at 7p and the restaurant was at half capacity.
