Restaurant bewertenWent inside for takeout tonight. Wait was short. Staff was very attentive, drained the ingredients well, and rolled the burrito properly. Check out was super fast. I love Chipotle because I can get a meal to-go and my only waste is a piece of recyclable foil (I don't get a bag). Thanks team!
Picked up dinner and they really hooked it up and gave me a giant burrito and a burrito bowl so full I couldn?t mix it without opening the top. Appreciate it when a chipotle chain doesn?t skimp on the portions.
I am a loyal Chipotle addict. I love it. I have never had a bad experience at any Chipotle in any state until this one. I live near it, and there is a pick up lane, so I have tried it over and over again. Every single time, the steak is so fatty, I can?t eat it. My burrito is also significantly smaller than it ever has been. Go to a different location. The one up the road in Louisville never disappoints and is worth the extra drive time.
If I could rate a zero, I would. I have debated back and forth for the last month if I should post about this location, because I hate leaving negative reviews. But this experience has been digging at me for sometime that I need to say something. I live in the area of this location, and have always loved chipotle, and was excited when they opened one close by. I ordered my food for pick up, and at this location, all pickups are received through their drive through window. I spent easily over 30min in this line as I watched the three cars in front of me randomly drive off without any exchange of food. I finally got my chance at the window. As I pulled up, I noticed a blinking light which I would assume is there to alert the staff that someone is at the window. Several employees came by the window, but not one of the even looked in my direction. After waiting another 10min in that spot I decided to drive off and park. As I walked inside, I see that they have a full staff behind the counter. And maybe two people in line. Not busy at all to justify the lack of attention I received at the drive window or when I walked in. I walked up to the counter and had to flag someone down to even acknowledge my existence. Apparently right behind the counter, and relatively close to the drive window is a wire rack packed full of orders. Which seemed like a food safety violation to me, the fact that these bags were not maintained at an appropriate temperature. The employee looked annoyed when I told them I was there for a pick up and had to sort through the piles for my bag. When I got home and opened my food, it seriously felt like my food was in the freezer for the last 45 minutes. I?m not one to turn down or throw away food, but I physically could not eat this meal. I?ve worked in retail, and the food service industry my entire life. And I understand the frustrations and difficulties that can arise. But this was simply the worst experience I have ever had. And quite frankly, I h
Worst burrito that I have been served at this location! Unwrapped it from the tinfoil and it was falling apart so bad that I had to put it in a bowl to eat it! If I had wanted a burrito bowl I would have asked for one!! Train your staff better!!!
