Kiwi Pacific Store - Sunshine West

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I thought it was a once off but EVERY TIME I've come into this shop, Nothing friendly about this shop! Rude, obnoxious, every time! Only once was someone friendly and customer friendly I will not return here due to the rudeness, the food gets a yuck taste to it when the shop its in are RUDE! You are NOT kiwi, you are islanders change your name Kiwi's don't treat people the way you Islanders do ESPECIALLY when we are paying customers paying for your lifestyle The transgender at the counter needs a reality check goes a long way to be nice.

I’ve been going since they open on day in in Laverton North. Everything has been consistent all these years later, the staff are super friendly and welcoming and hilarious. The food omg absolutely DELICIOUS! And the food is actually cheap but they still kept the tradition on ensuring the food is on point that’s why it’s super extremely busy and popular. The owners are one of the most humble beautiful coupes. Anyways I’m on my way there right now so bye bye I need to fill up my stomach.

Tell me why families can spend upwards of $200+ easy on cooked Island food at this location and other ones around Australia, Yet Australia is closer to New Zealnd and the Pacific Island Nations?so bringing food in should not be a issue. These stores in my oppinion are ripping their own people off by hiking these prices through the roof this is daylight robbery and no one is bringing this up? also food quality is not consistant, sometimes food is undercooked and inedible.

Good pacific island/kiwi food here, fair prices and taste good. Sometimes the customer service isn't that welcoming or friendly and they are very slow at responding to Facebook PM enquiries. Pies are good they do not make them but almost like the bakery pies found in NZ.

I was with a friend in kiwi pacific store we were a bit down but the wonderful stuff and the amazing food made my day!!!!!!!
