Starbucks - Sunnyvale

5 stars for the employees! They are always working rushes understaffed and I understand why it can be a wait for even a small order. Apparently, some don't though. I overheard some customers speaking quite rudely to one of the baristas about the wait and commenting that she had bad customer service. She was clearly running around helping other employees and was helping another customer change her order. First of all, if you're so upset about waiting, sitting there to complain once she can take your order is holding the rest of us up even more, how annoying and inconsiderate. Secondly, they are visibly struggling due to the volume of orders coming in as the poor kids never have enough hands on deck during busy hours. Complaining to the barista about the wait isn't going to do squat. Take the problem up with management and take it up properly because there is clearly some sort of management problem if they are almost always shorthanded. Hope they sort this problem out soon.

Not the best I have ever been. No tables, a little slow and not many options. Staff seemed nice but if you are thinking of sitting while having your coffee, good luck with that thought!

Came in to ask if I may use their restroom. Without any real explanation they redirected me to Lucky 's gas station. They have 2 locked restrooms in their location. No signs of being out of order. Worker here did not confirmed if it was out of order. I explained that I really have to go and if it 's a matter of needing to be a customer I will buy a drink. She simply just said and repeated herself sorry we don 't have any restroom available. You can go to Lucky 's or gas station . The worst Starbucks customer service I 've ever had.

They lied to me on the phone for having Red holiday cups , I purchased a festive drink came in to pick up my drink in 12 min they told me they ran out an hour ago , that's not cool ????

It sucks this location is so convenient. One of the slowest stores. And they se to have enough employees. What am I missing...
