They have enough room to have building employees cleaning residents cars in the service area for an extra but no parking for cars servicing the units. Your just making you tenants pay extra money but I guess they can afford it and you guys don't really care. Without your residents you have no job, they should come first. Stop picking and choosing who's going to be treated fairly and treat your residents guests nicer.
