Fantastic small pub from the way with a charming beer garden. a little hidden gem so close to the city center. nice staff.

Friendly bar with good beer and a good choice. 25.06.2022 bier can be unconsistent, and it is not so busy some nights great for me as I like it calmly.

Good atmosphere, live music, very good beer. Great service and a bit chit chat with the staff. 26/12/22 distinct lack of Timothy Taylor Landlord was a disappointment...however this was sorted by the excellent pint of White Rat!

Came over this pub during niantec ingress. had a nice warm reception from the bar staff and the regulars. this is an older traditional pub from an earlier time and serves more real ale. I recommend this pub.
