Restaurant bewertenIf I could give zero stars I would. We normally use the other location in our town with great service. How ever someone else was picking up this time so I used this location. The app gave us an estimated time our order would be ready and some one was there at that time. Well they ended up having to wait an extra 30 minutes for the pizza meaning it took them over an hour to fix 3 pizzas. Also according to tracking our order wasn't even started until after the estimated pickup time.
Number one rule of the company, do not advertise what you are unable to deliver. I ordered a warm and finished lunch combo and of course it was neither hot nor ready. I was not greeted when I came in and I had to wait until one of the employees acknowledged that I was there. So consider this my last time to visit this place and perhaps the last time to visit this chain as a whole.
Places an order for a deep plate hot and prepare paprika they said 10mins none were ready I went business and came 15 minutes later not ready 30 minutes later still waiting. Worst service ever! No excuse. This place is a joke.
I have often been with this little Ceasars pizza and have been satisfied with the service, but the last time I came in, I was informed that there were no $5 pizzas available for purchase and was not informed if there were more available. I took this as hard s#@t. I went away and held my tongue to not start the other males and employees. The only reason I give three stars and is not a star, because all previous visits I had good service. I will come back and hopefully met by a better customer service.
Warning! Don't eat here! We gave them three chances. The first two times we only ordered a cheese pizza and gave them away both times. The cashier actually laughed about it, and both times my husband had to wait 45 minutes for a new one. Today we ordered a pizza with blows on half so they couldn't give it away. However, the crust on most of the pizza was so thin that we had to scrape them off the box and a piece was not edible. It wasn't a thin crust pizza. At this point, it feels like they're acting on purpose.
