Restaurant bewertenNeed to get people who want to work. No reason to close inside. I am in a big truck and was told to order through online or door dash. I am not paying fees to eat at your restaurant. Stop trying to be like the other chicken store. I will go else where
Always amazing. Never dissatisfied. Friendly staff and fresh great food.
My son wanted to go here because he wanted the kid meal... if consistency is key to making people happy I'm still waiting on the consistency... One time we go we get three chicken fingers in the kids meal next time it's 2 just trying to figure things out.
I ordered on mobile app for this store. The app glitched and put at North Charleston without my knowledge. I get to azalea square location and ask about order. I am told its not quite ready. I ask if they did have it. I was told yes. I was REPEATEDLY assured it was getting prepared, running behind, they did it but don't know what happened to it. Just for them to after an hr and half later to THEN look into what was going on and tell me it was at another store. The man who told me this snatches my phone out my hand, steps back where I can't get MY PROPERTY when I show him the order, laughs in my face in front of a crowded area even though numerous employees assured me they had it and we're preparing it.
Zaxbys is getting ridiculous... the food taste like it sits out all day long. The chicken tenders are hard and nasty. The wings are dry. The fries are hard and taste old also. You never get what you pay for anymore. It's like they charge you extra just to keep your money. The new management needs to retrain employees and need to be trained themselves. I can honestly say I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. You waste money plus they pocket some by charging for things you order and never give you what you paid for. They need to shut this location down
