Restaurant bewertenThe first room was filthy and the carpet was ripped. I almost tripped on the block. I had to clean the toilet for my daughter to use the bathroom. The towels we visibly dirty! I complained to the front desk and they changed our room. It was only slightly better. The next room was old and dirty also. Behind the curtains was old tissues and old candy left behind by previous guests. The couch and carpet was dirty, and everything was old and thrown together. There looked like mold in vent in the bathroom. The sink barely drained when we washed our hands and we had to hold the toilet handle down to flush. The bed left both my husband I with back pain and discomfort. If we had not drove almost six hours out of town for my daughter’s birthday celebration we would have left. Usually Hilton feels like a home away from home. This trip- We have never been so happy to check out of a place and return home.
I really wanted to like this place, but it was...meh. The front desk gentlemen who helped me at the time of my arrival was friendly and nice. The rooms are old and so outdated. I had a 2-bedroom, 2 beds suite and it was so small. The layout of the room was a bad design. It was hard for the 6 of us to maneuver around, especially when the sofa bed is out. All the towel racks were hanging on for dear life by the wall paint and was about to fall off at any moment. And the shower was terrible! They tried to repair it but was definitely unsuccessful at it. The faucet part was loose, like it was about to fall off as well and it was so difficult to pull up the pin for the shower head. It was so loud when showering that we had to wrap the faucet with a hand towel for it to be less noisy. I would not recommend this place for a large family traveling.Rooms: Not a lot of outlets available so bring your own surge protector with USBs to charge your phones and other devices.Nearby activities: The Americana Way and Glendale Galleria mall 10 minutes away.
The service from check in to check out was of excellent quality! We had a block of rooms reserved. Additionally, a Bridal suite was reserved. All handle by the professional staff member Nancy Caldron! Her kind, perfessional and patient demeanor goes beyond words of excellene.Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The Bottle water in the rooms offered were priced too high $5.00. Unless very parched (bring your own) ?The bride groom was very pleased with the room provided as a bridal suite! There were complimentary celebratory snacks provided for them which was such a kind gesture of Nancy C once again,(PHENOMENAL) Coordinator of this establishment!!!Breakfast is always Top notch! Dining Area, clean and beautifully design for that feel good experience I 'm done, you won 't be disappointed ? ?Nearby activities: The Americana Its worth the walk or drive and experience the out doors shops and water display! You can even catch a train tour around the Americana if walking is difficult for you.?Walkability: Within a mile or few of the Americana!
The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast offerings were quite delightful. However, when compared to other Embassy Suites locations (such as the one in Arcadia), the level of service left something to be desired. It was disappointing to find that the hotel charged a $27 parking fee, and even basic amenities like water and coffee in the lobby came with an additional cost. To add to the inconveniences, the ice machine on the second floor was out of order.Speaking of breakfast, while it was a pleasant experience, it was somewhat hindered by the fact that the hotel staff were responsible for serving the food. This resulted in a bottleneck-like situation that slowed down the overall flow. It would have been more efficient and convenient if guests could serve themselves from a wider selection of food options. Additionally, the absence of more advanced toasters, like conveyor belt ones, meant that the toasting process was slower than it needed to be.Lastly, the staff's task of cleaning tables after each customer could have been streamlined by implementing a self-dumping station. This would have made the process more efficient, quicker, and cost-effective.
I’ve really enjoyed my stay here at the Embassy this week.I read a lot of the reviews before picking this location and yes some things may be a little dated, but overall the hotel is very well maintained. My 2 room suite on the 4th floor was very clean at check-in, i had no noise issues from other rooms, breakfast downstairs was very very good, staff was all very pleasant. When we get a little age we have bumps and bruises just the same, but my room only had minor scratches.my only heads up is if your in a large truck, i have a crew cab long bed 8’ the parking garage will challenge your driving skills and if you arrive at hotel after 3 in the afternoon, parking will be very limited for the vehicle. Will definitely stay again next time i’m out this way.
