Burger King - Suamico

It was pretty much like any other burger King. Except the lady actually charged us 25¢ for some BBQ sauce. Let me repeat: they actually charged us for dipping sauce! ? Tools.

This is absolutely the worst customer service minded restaurant I have encountered in 26yrs of semi driving . I stop to get lunch at this location ITS A TRUCK STOP!!!! our money is good enough for their fuel but when it comes to food this Burger King takes the cake drive thru only no exceptions!! I had to waste more fuel and time off my clock to stop up the road, when I asked for the manage I was told she wasn't available, they need to get a clue us drivers can't fit in their drive thru and we need to eat to

Short employees so expect to wait at drive thru. Ordered inside junior whopper and she rang up a whopper instead. Didn’t notice till I left to eat in vehicle. $3 mistake. I should’ve looked at receipt b4 I left. That won’t happen again!

Stopped by this place and they have 2 salaries advertised, $12 for adults, $11 for minors. Any place that believes in paying minors less for the same exact job has an ethical standard I cannot support

Stopped at this location multiple times while traveling repeatedly experiencing the same issue. Slow, lousy service if they’re open but the majority of the time they’re closed or drive thru only when they’re supposed to be open. The drive through is not friendly for us with large trucks or towing trailers. Find a staff that’s reliable or move out and replace this failing location with a decent properly staffed fast food chain.
