Valmy Happy Hour - Sturgeon Bay

We just found this little restaurant behind the gas station. Food is solid and have been back many times. The servers are experienced and delightful!

Stopped in after a walk at Cave Point. Appetizers were good. Main meals just so-so. Granddaughters burger was ok; quite plain tasting, not too juicy. Another granddaughters chicken strips tasted like fish (verified by 3 in our party . My cod sandwich was so under-done I couldn't finish it (slimy mooshy inside . Very underimpressed after reading good reviews.

Had the perch dinner. Quite delicious! Had a few bones, which us hard to get away from with such small filets, so not their fault, I just dont like bones.

Worth the wait! They are almost always short staffed but the food is excellent! Try the boiled shrimp on the Friday Seafood menu! Delicious!

We didn't eat there. We just had some drinks, and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the areas. They gave us some ideas about where to go. The food looked delicious.I guess I'll be back
