Restaurant bewertenThey took too long for a coffee. I waited almost 20 minutes just to get a coffee. Their card reader was broken. The bathroom was trashed and not clean at all. Their drive through was long and their customer service was not good at all. As much as I love Dunk’n this really disappointed.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. They are so slow and unprofessional. The staff needs to stay off their cell phones and do their jobs. They lack leadership. The manager obviously is not doing her job.
Food was the same as everywhere, but it was the slowest drive through experience I've had. I easily waited 15 minutes at the second window to even be acknowledged by any of the four people inside (not at a busy time), even though they knew I was picking up a mobile order that was ready. Probably just a bad day!
Ever time I visit they have new people there. My coffee order is always wrong. Very slow service. They need new management. Let me not forget to speak about the staff that works here. They have horrible attitudes and don’t know the meaning of customer service. Who ever owns this location should rethink this location.
Drive thru has a giant pot hole that slams your vehicle when entering we have stopped here multiple times one time we had gotten completely burnt sandwiches, the other time they asked us if we had ordered when arriving to window and made us wait 5 minutes we go to dunkin donuts across multiple states while working and this is our worst experience yet im leaving this review because if i was the owner i would want to know whats going on.
