Costa Coffee - Stroud

When I visit my brother we always decide to go Costa coffeè, they are so warm welcoming also nice taste coffee. Thank you for great job guys.

You will always get a good cup of coffee but.... you will have to wait, they are not the fastest.... table clearing could be faster as well, the staff are always polite and smiling

We ordered our regular coffees, but they tasted like water and there was no hint of milk in them. When we asked for new ones, the server didn't apologize or give any explanation. It was very rude communication, even though I asked politely. The server should have listened to what was wrong or at least offered a courteous explanation. Thank you for the new coffees, but unfortunately they were just as bad as the first ones and ended up in the trash. I advise against wasting your money at this restaurant. It was a disappointing experience.

The customer service was appalling. The staff had a bad attitude towards customers. The cappuccino cup was only half full and dripping with coffee on the sides. Despite the great venue and plenty of room, I will not be coming back.

The coffee is just okay, and the staff aggressively push the food items, all of which appear to be past their prime. The service is efficient, but the decor is unappealing with too much beige and maroon. Essentially, what you see is what you get.
