Burger King - Street, Midlothian

Was a bit slow making the food. Was there for 20 minutes after ordering. Everything was pretty hot nonetheless.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the Crowns

I attempted to visit this location a couple of times because I have a BK gift card and its on my route. The lines and wait times are ridiculous. I made an app purchase with the logic of ordering ahead may be faster. That thinking didn't help as there was a wait just to pickup the order. My order was made incorrectly. I returned to the establishment for correction. The place was like a high school lunchroom. A bunch of children on phones, loud talking/yelling/laughing, looking at phones and playing. I can understand why the lines are so long now. I can understand why orders are made incorrectly. What work is being done here? How can you focus on quality if you are focused on your phone? Where is proper management? Well..... I tossed the food and went to another establishment. Will not return.

Don't even get me started, I waited a 30 hour for my food the checker was very rude, her awful attitude, it was very slow the ceiling was leaking it took to long I'm going to the one on Halstead next time.

Ordered two sandwiches one not right asked for hot hash brown they rewarmed

I went to drive-thru. Order taker was nice. I ordered a whopper with cheese add bacon, no pickle, extra mayo. Sandwich was good except it didn't have bacon that I paid for. I was too hungry to turn around and go all the way back, so I just ate it. Would have been nice to have the bacon that I paid for though ?
