Kfc - Stratford

The Jamaican dame at the border cashier at this business location has terrible customer service and very respectful.

I was sitting this kfc the other day and letting you know that. they have no system. 3 customers who ordered food came again missing items. so that I prayed that they got mine right. They didn't! They missed my side of Mac cheese... so I had to go back. if they had only one system; I'll tell you everything to do. for persons with orders print out the acknowledgement and as articles go into the bag, check them off. it is not a rocket science and they have no more aggravated customers. two ladies had a argument with the manager while I was there, and they can not blame them that we pay much more money for less sub par food. this morning, when I got up, I was buried what tasted like old cooking oil. I will not come back to this kfc!

9:15 PM on Sunday night. They don't answer their phone..... Why say you are open till 10:00?????? When your NOT. Total bs. No wonder I only go their one time per year. Ill rethink that! Happy Memorial Day! God Bless America !!! All those who fought for our freedom!

My wife has a disability and has a service animal the manager Paul was very rude talking about he do not care if it's a service animal or protected under federal law he will not serve my wife anything and I told him well I will report him to corporate what is his his last name he said my name is Paul that's all you need to know and refuse to show his name tag the incident happened on the May 21st had approximately 11:30 a.m. just lost customers for life I will never support another KFC established as long as I live

I’ve came here twice and the employees are very rude. My first experience employee walked away while I was ordering and gave attitude. My second experience the employee gave us attitude and even threw the bag of food. Do not recommend coming here.
