Restaurant bewertenI was recommended this by a local friend and I am grateful for it. You can only find it on TA or Google if you know about it already which is a shame because it is a really nice restaurant which deserves more recognition. A family run restaurant, there is not an English menu but the owner can speak enough for you to understand. The ambience of the restaurant is nice and welcoming. I chose a Salade Ceprese as a starter, which was good. For main I accepted the recommendation of the owner, Cordon Bleu De Veau (Veal Cordon Blue) with baked potato and rice. It had a very nice taste and the rice complimented the dish very well. They were both covered generously with mushroom sauce. I was thoroughly pleased with my meal. Apart from serving French/Italian food the restaurant also serves the local Alsatian signature dish, Tarte Flambee. Close to the city centre it is easily reachable by Tram or walking if you prefer. The prices are very reasonable and there is a large variety of dishes. It's a hidden gem well worth seeking out.
It is a place where you eat very well and that would still win if the service was less slow dessert was medium.
