Restaurant bewertenHello Panda staff, I have a concern regarding the portion size of the shrimp I ordered. I received a medium size box that is only halfway full, making it seem more like a small size. This has been a frequent issue whenever I visit your restaurant. It is disappointing to pay extra for shrimp and not receive the appropriate amount. Are your employees being trained to under serve customers? This practice feels like a rip-off to me. Thank you for addressing this issue.
I always enjoy coming to this restaurant because they consistently get my order right and the food is always delicious.
This restaurant is incredibly stingy with their food portions. It is frustrating that they charge an extra dollar for certain dishes like Angus Steak or Honey Walnut Shrimp. We are not in mainland China, where people may struggle financially, we are in America. It would be better for them to adjust their prices accordingly instead of surprising customers with extra charges. It feels like they are not being transparent about the true cost of their menu items. Thankfully, tipping is not required here because they do not deserve it. If they are unhappy with my 1-star rating, they are welcome to leave and go back to China.
I ordered Broccoli Beef as one of my entrées AND ALL I GOT WAS BROCCOLI. I was very, very disappointed. I called the manager (Paul) that same night to let him know. He offered to replace my meal and the other meal I purchased which made me happy. He said he would put my name on the list and to bring my receipt. A few weeks later I went to redeem my complimentary dinner. Apparently, Paul did not put my name on the list . The worker, Samantha was VERY RUDE.and would not give me what was promised. I asked them to call Paul and they would not .
This location is always from food between 8:00-9:30 o'clock. the employees never offer to make the menu points for their customers. tonight, I ordered jasmine. They didn't. I tried to give this place another chance, but not anymore.
