The Cocked Hat - Stockport

We were recommended this restaurant by a friend. Upon arriving, we noticed that the carpets and seating were dirty, but decided to still give the food a try. I ordered the lasagna, which surprisingly had no meat, only red peppers. My partner ordered the shepherd's pie, which was made with mince and peas, topped with undercooked puff pastry. Unfortunately, the toilets were also not clean.

This cozy restaurant is so welcoming and friendly. Marcus and his team are fantastic and work hard to make it a great experience. It has quickly become our favorite place to go.

The restaurant has a delightful atmosphere, with a price range of £10-20 per person. The service and atmosphere both receive a rating of 5 stars.
