Restaurant bewertenThe restaurant has good food, but the service is terrible. We visited during a busy time, but our server neglected our table and only came after we went to find her. It took 30 minutes to place our order and 45 minutes to receive our food. No one apologized, and when I expressed my disappointment, the server simply said they were busy and asked what I expected. I expect them to mention the busyness upfront and offer a simple apology. Unfortunately, the rudeness of our server overshadowed the quality of the food.
Wonderful lunch on the veranda. Food was delicious and very tasty. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Had Swedish meatballs and the shrimp salad both excellent.
This is a homely place offering both traditional Swedish cuisine and some new experimental recipes. But whatever you decide to try it's going to be tasty.
Once upon the time this restaurant belonged to the top restaurants in Stockholm. Nowadays it has become a tourist trap. Athough the environnement is very nice, located in Djurgården, in an old traditionnal house, the food is really not good. Cod with egg sauce, very bad. The fish had been frozen and defrosted and salted. The sauce was just liquid. When making a comment to the waiter, he made it as he didn't understand... We will not go back again. Price is too high for nothing.
Had a lovely meal here during our trip to Stockholm. Found the staff very helpful and efficient. The menu was varied, some dishes quite expensive but the vegan options were very reasonably priced. They were presented very nicely and tasted fantastic. I had the vegan herring which was interesting, and the vegan burgers with mushroom sauce, potatoes and veg, was also great. It is warm, comfortable and elegant inside. Would definitely recommend perfect for a traditional Swedish experience.
