Burger King - Stevens Point

I visited this restaurant recently with my family, and I was quite disappointed. The manager appeared unkempt, with dirty fingernails, and the staff looked unprofessional. The manager’s clothes were wrinkled and had dirt on them, which was quite off-putting. I felt disgusted and didn't even want to eat there. Additionally, the manager was unfriendly and didn’t greet us or ask how we were doing, coming off as rude. I believe it’s important for both managers and employees to present themselves professionally and maintain good grooming standards.

At this point, I was fed up with the disrespect and attitude we had encountered since pulling up. I decided to inform her that we would be going to another location because I couldn’t tolerate her demeanor. Instead of understanding, she replied that she had answered our question, as if there was no problem. No, ma'am, you answered in a snarky way, and you misunderstood us completely—we never said "only cheese." We clearly ordered a large Whopper meal with cheese, bacon, and onion rings. The customer service here is terrible, and so is the staff. I frequently order food for my employees and myself after work, and I can confidently say that we will never return to this Burger King. I simply cannot trust someone with such a rude and unprofessional attitude to handle our food.

The girl at the drive-thru appeared quite tired, yet she maintained a friendly smile and a pleasant demeanor. However, when I got home with my food, it was cold, even though I only live about 10 minutes away. Overall, I would rate the food as 3 out of 5.

Dirtiest bk I've ever been in. The floor is so sticky I didn't want to get back in my car with my sticky shoes on. All the booths were dirty.Food: 3/5

It was very good. It's hard to comment on the atmosphere since I never got out of my car.Food: 5/5
