Restaurant bewertenThe entrance to the sports bar isnt typical; similar to the concept of a speak easy you find a door among the strip of businesses where you immediately see a flight of stairs. You take the flight of stairs and follow the noise till you get the bar. The bar is spacious and clean. There are games like darts, pong, poker and a dozen billiard tables. Darts and billiards i believe are offered by the hour you just pay by the bar. You can order drinks and food that they will make and bring to you too. Staff was super cool and the bar goers around us were also friendly. Would return!
This place cheated me. I ordered plain wings. They delivered buffalo sauce on the wings. I also ordered the sauce on the side. When I called to complain, they blamed the delivery company. Not sure how DoorDash or whoever delivered, is at fault for their mistake. After talking to a few of the workers, I finally got the manager. After discussing the issue for a few minutes, he told me he would refund one set of wings and I could order the plain wings again. Which I did. I was never refunded. Not ever ordering from them again.
This café is located at a pool hall, with pool tables, arcade games, and dart boards available. My friend and I decided to meet up on a Monday and found this to be a great choice. Despite not being skilled at darts or pool, we had a great time playing. The staff and regulars were friendly and helpful. Upon entering, you can choose what game to play and they will let you know the availability of tables. They offer standard bar food options which we found to be decent. We ordered jalapeño poppers and Tatar tots, which were tasty and served in generous portions. While they have a full bar, we opted for sparkling water instead. Payments for food, drinks, and pool rental can be made at the bar. It's a good spot in Sterling for a fun hangout with friends. Note that the location is a bit hidden in the plaza, so head towards the back and to the right, on the second floor where you can take the elevator to access First Break Cafe.
The service from a particular bartender was awful. She consistently displayed a negative attitude and appeared to dislike her job.
Nice, fun, and cool place to hangout with friends and play pool and have some drinks. However, they didn't honor the discount coupon I got from yelp after I checked in there. Strange!!!
