Restaurant bewertenWhat an amazing experience! Call before and book but do NOT cancel at the last minute since this cozy restaurant is run by this three person family. Coming here is an absolute treat, great service, fantastic homemade food and so nice interior and a spectacular view. We have already been here twice and have already booked again. Not to be missed!! Ps: Bring cash for payment since they have no connection for cards.
Yes, it is a bit off the beaten path but the restaurant is lovely! Nicely decorated inside with a patio outside overlooking Ginestro. We went there for a birthday and sat outside under the pergola. The table was beautifully set and it was all very professional for such a small place. The owner was very knowledgeable whether it is about the local produces they uses or the area. The food was simple yet refined and very tasty. I would suggest calling before going there as they are a small place and they need to organise. You might pay a bit more but the experience makes up for it and it'a all homemade, including the bread (4 types of breads in the basket), made with a local flour : 44 euros per person for a menu with starter/first course/second course/pre dessert/dessert, glass of Prosecco, two bottles of wine, 2 bottles of water, coffee and digestives.
Exelent food and sevice at a resonable price. Nice surroundings and a lovely garden. Nice company made it even better.
Amazing place, highly recommended to everyone...simply the best food done in this area and everything is done in the house, absolutely best service
There are just a few tables at il Poggio, so reserve a seat if you can. The food is really amazing! Authentic and honoust food. To get there (yes it's really tricky) start at the church of Testico, there you'll find a sign. follow that. It'll take you 10 min from that church to the restaurant.
